The Solution

We conducted internal stakeholder interviews, in-depth customer interviews, competitive research, a brand tracking survey and a full brand and marketing audit. From there, we built a comprehensive brand foundation, including refined positioning, messaging frameworks, audience personas and a refreshed visual identity system. This strategic groundwork carried directly into the website redesign. We led requirements gathering across departments, conducted SEO and competitor analyses, and developed a new information architecture designed to better serve core audiences and drive conversion. Our team created custom WordPress CMS templates, designed and developed key content pages and built a strong redirect strategy to preserve search equity. The new site paired modern, differentiated creative with clearer messaging and optimized lead capture pathways to improve performance.
