As Vice President of PR at Walker Sands, Allison leads strategic communications programs for B2B organizations ranging from high-growth startups to publicly-traded companies. Since joining the agency in 2017, she has helped her clients build brand awareness, establish industry credibility and meet and exceed their growth goals.

Allison co-leads Walker Sands’ HR/workplace tech practice area, and has played a key role in solidifying the agency’s expertise in edtech and legal tech. Her and her team’s work has been recognized by the Public Relations Society of America for exceptional results in media relations and data-driven PR.

In addition to her client work, Allison leads a team of talented PR and comms professionals and is passionate about helping them grow in their own careers through coaching, mentorship and L&D. As a full-time remote worker, she established Walker Sands’ first ERG for remote workers and remains an advocate for flexible work.

Allison graduated summa cum laude from Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism. When she’s not working out of her home office in Columbus, Ohio, you can find her exploring local craft breweries, reading a good book or cooking up a storm in her kitchen.
