As the Director, Employee & Client Experience, Judy creates initiatives leveraging employee data and implements strategies that promote and achieve high engagement and a thriving company culture. Her passion for employment culture drives her interests of industry trends and best practices related to engagement, health and wellness. Judy’s always been known to “find the fun” at work, and with that in mind, she works with many departments across agency to create and develop both in-person, remote and hybrid events. The client experience is also part of her focus, as those relationships require responsiveness, and can also benefit from a proactive approach to their individual needs.
Before joining March Communications (now Walker Sands), Judy worked as an advertising copywriter, event director and fundraising development officer in Boston, Seattle and Silicon Valley. After a circuitous career, she’s come to realize company culture and employee engagement is where she’s most passionate. She earned her BA at Northeastern University where she specialized in advertising, marketing and communications. She’s a member of the Xi Upsilon chapter of Delta Zeta Sorority.
Judy lives in Boston with her partner, Steve, her twin daughters Julia and Jocelyn (who are mostly away at college) and their two dogs Camden and Mavis.
