John Juliano

As Learning Program Manager, John manages and scales company-wide learning and development programs and initiatives. He supports these initiatives by collaborating with key individuals around the organization and by coordinating with team leads to create tailored training experiences with curriculum/course creation and implementation support. He also owns and manages the internal mentorship program and other company-wide and department-specific training opportunities. He is very passionate about learning in all forms and likes to use his technical skills in L&D to create meaningful learning experiences.

John has over five years of instructional design and learning experience development. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in philosophy, specializing in philosophy of education and existential philosophy from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines.

Outside of the office, John likes to travel, do street and travel photography, target archery, watch the Nashville Predators, and hike with his Siberian Husky, Brea.
