As an Associate Account Director on the client services team, Derek is responsible for driving overarching goals and strategy of B2B technology accounts. He works in parallel with account and project management teams across the agency to develop client strategies, monitor results and ensure client programs are running smoothly.
With over eight years of experience in public relations and marketing, Derek has extensive experience understanding the business needs of a client and shaping communication strategies around those needs. He has a background in media relations, content creation, event logistics and social media executions, as well as an understanding of how public relations fits into the overall marketing mix.
Derek holds a bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Roosevelt University.
