From growing revenue by nearly 300% in the last five years to our recent acquisition that made us the fifth largest technology-focused firm in the U.S., we continue to expand our industry presence and demonstrate ongoing growth as a fully integrated B2B marketing agency.
Operational and financial sophistication are critical in helping us maintain both our rapid pace of growth and our evolution as an agency. With that in mind, I am excited to announce C-suite elevations for Mark Miller to chief financial officer and Dave Parro to chief operating officer.
- Dave Parro, Chief Operating Officer: Since joining Walker Sands in 2012, Dave has played a pivotal role in helping us scale to manage its rapid growth. He has led several initiatives across various departments, including the development of our integrated marketing offerings, the establishment of our client services department, and the implementation of new technology — all of which have demonstrated his leadership abilities. In his role as COO, Dave will lead our Operations, IT, Client Services Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on business planning and improving the agency’s service delivery through operational excellence.
- Mark Miller, Chief Financial Officer: During his three years at Walker Sands, Mark has played a pivotal role in strengthening our financial and reporting capabilities. He has also worked closely with teams across the agency to support their needs by implementing new financial strategies and systems. Last year, Miller and his team helped close Walker Sands’ acquisition of March Communications. In his role as CFO, Mark will continue to work closely with Walker Sands’ board and senior leadership to plan and execute strategic initiatives and plan for future growth.
Congratulations to both Mark and Dave for their well-earned elevations. Both individuals have played a critical role in our agency’s growth. We are lucky to have such talented leaders and I have no doubt that they will continue to help take our agency to new heights.
