Walker Sandsians from coast to coast have celebrated several recent award recognitions over the last week.
Coming on the heels of Walker Sands Boston taking home two PR Club Bell Ringer wins and Walker Sands Seattle’s inclusion as a finalist for the PRSA Puget Sound Awards, I’m excited to share that the agency has also been named a Fastest-Growing Company in Chicago by Crain’s Chicago Business’ Fast 50 list for the third year in a row.
Recognized for increasing our revenue by 271% over the last five years, we’re honored to be counted among so many innovative companies making an impact in our hometown.
We talk a lot about growth at Walker Sands, because at the end of the day, our mission is to accelerate growth — the growth of our employees, our clients and our industry. But none of this growth would be possible without our people.
I’m constantly blown away by the talent and innovation that Walker Sandsians bring to this mission and the work we produce for our client partners. From insightful data-driven PR programs and innovative B2B brand positioning that gets real results for our Chicago clients to groundbreaking creative campaigns for international brands, our teams are at the forefront of leading B2B marketing into a new era.
We’ve also worked hard to build a culture that allows our people to do their best work while living their best lives. For us, this means providing a flexible work environment that recognizes our people as just that — people — who shouldn’t have to choose between living their lives and doing their jobs. From enacting policies like giving our employees the choice between hybrid or full-time remote work to giving the entire agency a full week off in December to recharge, it’s so important that our employees feel supported every day they come to work. Because without them, we wouldn’t be the agency we are today.
