Andrew Richardson

“If we want people to fully show up, to bring their whole selves, including their unarmored, whole hearts, so that we can innovate, solve problems, and serve people, we have to be vigilant about creating a culture in which people feel safe, seen, heard, and respected.”
Brené Brown
As the SVP, Data & Analytics, Andrew leads the vision, strategy and execution of Walker Sands’ data, analytics and AI capabilities with a simple goal: make data and technology useful, accessible and effective to inform real decisions.
Andrew has spent nearly twenty years building analytics teams, products and systems inside agencies and high-growth environments. From embedding data into planning, execution and optimization to building attribution, modeling and lead scoring, he has helped brands understand what truly matters and what to do about it.
He’s built analytics from the ground up and believes the strongest teams are diverse by design. Across education, background, gender, race, neurodiversity, thought and opinion. He’s intentional about creating environments where different ways of thinking are valued and sought after.
Andrew also owns the agency’s AI roadmap and application development. He believes analytics and AI work best when combined with quality data, allowing users to answer questions more quickly, and getting to not just the “why”, but the “why, what we do about it and here’s the predicted outcome”.
Before joining Walker Sands, Andrew led advanced analytics and measurement at New Engen and built Tinuiti’s Analytics and Marketing Science organization into a 120+-person practice, including launching a proprietary intelligence platform that unified cross-channel data, insights and modeling.
Andrew lives in Philadelphia, is a dad to Anabel and Charlie, is a Philly sports fan and has far too many hobbies.
