Last week, we were honored to receive two Platinum and three Gold AVA Digital Awards for our web and creative work for Billtrust, LogicGate, AmpliFund and our own website.
The AVA Digital Awards recognize excellence in digital communication – everything from strategic websites to engaging motion graphics – and we are so proud of our teams for continuing to produce award-winning work that achieves real business results for our clients. This recognition would not be possible without the creativity and hard work of our web and creative teams, and we are thankful to have such fantastic client partners to work with.
Here’s a recap of the work recognized by the AVA Digital Awards:
The redesign of walkersands.com brought home a Platinum Award, AVA’s highest honor, in the Marketing, PR, Advertising, Digital Agency category. When Walker Sands underwent a rebrand last fall, we needed a website that would reflect our updated identity as the B2B growth agency. The redesigned website showcases the new Walker Sands logo and color system, as well as streamlined, web-optimized content pages that accurately demonstrate the full spectrum of our integrated capabilities.
Our work with Billtrust received two awards – a Platinum Award in the Motion Graphics Product category and a Gold Award in the B2B Website category. Billtrust, a leading provider of order-to-cash solutions, had a website that struggled with a variety of product architecture, design and performance issues. The website redesign project included a new sitemap recommendation, page-by-page wireframes outlining the ideal user flow for moving leads through the funnel, comprehensive web design and 35 pages of new, optimized content. Walker Sands also helped Billtrust to re-organize their product architecture and created seven new motion graphics animations to showcase each product’s features and benefits. Since its launch, Billtrust’s redesigned website has seen incredible improvement, including a 31% increase in YOY organic traffic and a 65% increase in conversion rate. LogicGate’s redesigned website received a Gold Award in the Creativity (Web Design) category. Walker Sands partnered with LogicGate, a leader in workflow automation solutions, to create a new website optimized for search and lead generation that better reflected the company’s market leadership. In just five months, our integrated team spanning design, content, project management, front- and back-end developers and SEO specialists worked together to create an updated, high-speed website with a mobile-first design. Thanks to its intuitive navigation and web-optimized content structure, LogicGate saw tremendous results, including a 149% increase in web traffic and 48% decrease in visitor bounce rates. Our website work for AmpliFund, a leading grant management software product, received a Gold Award in the Website Redesign category. Following a successful rebrand, AmpliFund needed a new website to showcase their updated brand identity, increase brand awareness and drive conversions. In the end, the Walker Sands web team produced a beautiful, optimized website that improved site speed by 72% and increased its Google Lighthouse Score from 57 to 100.
