As the director of content strategy, Kelsey specializes in developing strategic and integrated content programs for Walker Sands’ retail technology and marketing technology clients.
Kelsey leads the development of whitepapers, research reports, contributed articles and blog posts for all of the agency’s retail and marketing technology accounts. As an experienced business writer and public relations expert, Kelsey has a flair for turning client messaging into compelling stories that generate both media opportunities and sales leads.
Kelsey joined Walker Sands in 2013. Prior to taking on a content role, Kelsey served as the account lead for major retail and marketing software clients such as hybris, CommerceHub and Wayin. Before joining Walker Sands, she executed PR services for a government relations agency in Madison, Wis. Kelsey holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications from the University of Wisconsin.
