As the Creative Resource Manager, Jill works with the creative team to ensure that their workload is at the right level; not overly busy or underutilized. In this way, she can help to assure that project deadlines are met on time and within budget. Jill works very closely with creative team leads to make sure that the talented creatives are challenged and growing.
Before joining Walker Sands, Jill honed her resource management skills at other advertising and marketing firms as well as gaining experience in video, web and print production. She enjoys being part of the creative process that enables a client's vision to come into focus.
From Oak Park, Illinois, Jill holds a degree from both the University of Wisconsin and Columbia College. She also has a lot of experience in all aspects of creative production, content and web.
