In late 2010 I received the results from a PRNewswire study, "Public Relations Content Survey" that polled PR professionals in both in-house and agency environments.
The survey focused on PR content: the common formats -- whether it be whitepapers, case studies, multimedia or something else -- how it's used, distributed across channels and challenges that arise along the way.
