LogicGate is a top-rated, workflow automation solution in the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) space that enables companies to easily automate and centralize their GRC processes with its configurable platform.
LogicGate’s website was out of date and had been built on a content management system (CMS) that wasn’t user-friendly and required the assistance of the IT department to make content changes. The site also was slow to load and difficult for prospects to navigate, resulting in high bounce and low conversion rates.
As a fast-growing and leading agile process automation software provider, LogicGate needed a new website that better reflected its market leadership and would:
- Increase conversion rates on demo request forms
- Provide a more intuitive user experience
- Allow the LogicGate marketing team to easily make updates
- Increase site performance and improve SEO
Because LogicGate wanted the project done in time for the new year, Walker Sands had just five months to completely redesign and optimize its website.
Walker Sands put together an agile project plan and an integrated team that spanned design, content, project management, front- and back-end developers and SEO specialists.
To provide a great user experience that would drive conversions, the Walker Sands content team started by developing buyer personas using qualitative research and interviews with the LogicGate team. From there, the team performed a comprehensive content audit, which helped inform the low-performing pages to redirect or remove. New pages with relevant, engaging content were created to fill in any gaps, and language was optimized for SEO across the site.
With information from the research and content audit in hand, the Walker Sands design and web development teams created an intuitive navigation and content structure to help users quickly and easily find relevant industry information, effectively increasing user pathways to conversion. Using the highly configurable WordPress CMS to ensure easy site updates, the team started with a mobile-first design. The desktop wireframe then was built to ensure a responsive site across all browsers and devices.
In just five short months, Walker Sands provided LogicGate with a beautiful new website that’s fast, user-friendly and easy to update. Most importantly, the site was optimized for search and lead generation. LogicGate continues to see tremendous results across conversion rate and site performance:
