At Walker Sands, not a day goes by where we aren’t learning something new. Whether it’s a product of working in the B2B tech space or just the natural curiosity of our employees, continuous learning and improvement is a given across the agency.

We also provide a variety of learning opportunities for our employees. Whether it’s through our internal training program, Footpath, continuing education benefits or in-office Lunch & Learns, we aim to nurture the minds of our employees, and ensure we are staying up to date with the most innovative and creative solutions on the market. From our bi-annual team retreats to regular cross-team sharing opportunities and classes outside the office, our employees are encouraged to participate in at least 30 hours of training each year.

Support

Support at Walker Sands is twofold. Internally, support means working together as a team and being there through both good and challenging times. Our employees know they can count on each other and work cohesively to come up with new and innovative solutions to our clients' biggest problems. It’s never a one-man show. Each member of our team understands the importance of championing one another.

Not only do we work as a team internally, we are also committed to developing long-term relationships with our clients, building the confidence and trust needed for them to see us as integral members of their teams. We promote a collaborative partnership with our clients and view ourselves as an important extension of their business.
