We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional with agency experience to join our award-winning team in downtown Chicago as a Creative Resources Manager.

As Creative Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of the Creative Services department, which includes content, design, social and multimedia teams. You will serve as a liaison between this group and other departments to ensure individuals and teams receive a balanced workload.

You will collaborate with a team of high-achieving writers, video editors and designers to analyze workflow and design the best way to allocate incoming projects. You also will monitor the status of projects and reallocate tasks according to skill set, availability and agency needs. Likewise, you will strive to foster a successful creative space and produce consistency across channels in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. 


  • Coordinate with Creative Services department leads in assigning and tracking the availability of resources based on skill set and availability.
  • Produce weekly variance reports for assignment allocations versus actual time spent to ensure maximum creative staffing utilization.
  • Oversee utilization management tools, assessing productivity and reallocating projects as necessary while ensuring all systems, files and reports are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor status of projects in regards to timing and scheduling.
  • Keep supervisors up to date on the status of creative network resources.


  • 2+ years of experience in a creative resources/traffic manager role, ideally in an agency setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, project management or a related field
  • Proficiency in Trello and other project management software
  • Mastery of utilization and team workload/productivity tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
