Will Wiegler

SVP & CMO at SpringCM 

Will’s passion for building best-in-class brands is demonstrated by his track record in tech and software leadership roles, significantly growing brand awareness and market share for fast-growing companies. He is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at SpringCM, the leading document and contract lifecycle management platform in the cloud. At SpringCM he leads strategies and programs to build the brand, expand the customer base and increase the company's global reach and solution footprint. He previously built and led marketing teams at companies including Salesforce, SteelBrick and BigMachines.


Nicolette Cieslak

Director, Global Demand Generation at Showpad

Nicolette is the Director of Global Demand Generation at Showpad, the sales and marketing success platform, where she is responsible for developing and leading programs to increase awareness, generate leads and grow revenue. She brings more than 13 years of experience in B2B tech, building demand generation programs from the ground up and scaling them to drive conversion throughout the funnel. Prior to Showpad, Nicolette led the demand generation, field marketing and customer marketing strategy in SaaS companies including Savo Group, Taleo and Ariba. 


Lisa Agona

CMO at Ensono

Lisa is an insight-driven marketer who sees marketing as a growth engine for global business information and technology companies. As the CMO for Ensono, Lisa is responsible for building the company brand, harnessing market and client insights to determine the business way forward, and driving demand for Ensono’s infrastructure services. Previously, as chief marketing officer at LexisNexis, she helped grow a nascent U.S.-based $500M identity risk management business to $1.5B, spanning multiple industries and countries. She has a BA from West Virginia University and an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business.


Adam Beeson

Communications Director at G2 Crowd

Adam Beeson is the Communications Director at G2 Crowd, a real-time, verified-user review site for business solutions. He leads the external communications function for G2 Crowd as they strive to bring transparency to the B2B marketplace. In his free time Adam has coached youth football for 17 years; a tenure which includes four national-tournament champion teams.
