Small-business hiring is rebounding, according to the June SurePayroll Small Business Scorecard, which is a set of indicators tracking the health of the small-business economy in the country.

The survey indicated that 16 percent of the respondents hired new employees in June; only 7 percent said they had fewer employees than they had in the previous month.
