As the strategic leader of Walker Sands’ internal marketing initiatives, Courtney oversees the implementation and execution of traditional and digital marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, generating demand and increasing qualified leads.
Courtney works closely with both public relations and digital team members at Walker Sands to effectively deliver comprehensive Digital Ecosystem campaigns. She and her marketing team thrive on developing creative and engaging programs to build the Walker Sands brand. Under Courtney’s direction, Walker Sands earned an 87 percent increase in new business inquiries contributed to by marketing campaigns like National Cookie Day and “The State of Marketing Technology” data study.
In her spare time, Courtney is a member of Young Professionals of Chicago. In addition, she volunteers with Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Off the Streets Club and Harmony Hope & Healing.
Courtney graduated from the University of Dayton with her Bachelor of Arts in communications, with an emphasis on public relations. She also completed minors in marketing, international business and political science.
