Responsibilities
Our web marketing & SEO intern will be responsible for website content management, marketing support, reporting and analytics assistance, and search engine optimization (SEO) tasks.
The intern will be involved in some analytical tasks, such as data reporting, so an appreciation for quantitative due diligence is expected.
Who We are Looking For
You should have a keen sense of marketing at both a conceptual and tactical level, as most of your responsibilities will fall in line with positioning brands to a web audience. You must have a proficiency in writing that lends itself to the web.
Working knowledge of social media (Twitter, Facebook, blogs, LinkedIn, etc.) as it applies to the business world is a plus.
Some knowledge of the fundamentals of search engines and search engine optimization (SEO) is a plus; a willingness to learn SEO fundamentals even better.

Summer interns may have the opportunity to transition to a full-time position after graduation. This depends on internship performance and Walker Sands' hiring needs.
