(CBS) They were introduced at a press briefing on April 11, but today, the deck of "most wanted" Iraqis cards are trumping almost everything else on people's wish lists.

What is it about these cards?

"I wish I knew. I wish I could answer that directly," says George White of the United States Playing Card Company in Cincinnati, Ohio. "But I just think it captures a moment in American history unlike anything else you've got right now. And if you look back a year from now, five years from now, 10 years from now, you've got this deck."

Available at GreatUSAFlags.com, the deck was designed by the Defense Intelligence Agency and distributed to coalition forces so they could recognize their targets.
